Beach Drive v.1.1 deployed

Hi. We make some changes to improve gameplay:

1. Add fuel progress for cars, grab canisters on the beach to continue drive
2. Deactivate test code for instantly get 2500 coins in shop :D
3. Slightly decreased hitboxes size ... 
4. The car a little bit rotates in the direction of turn
5. Some sprites reworked
6. Rebalance drop of coins and fuel on the beach, also tune up cost of items in the shop
